Desert Beauty

A vast array of darkness
Descends upon the night
As is seems to engulf
Everything in sight,
The moon and all it's beauty
Shines from up above
And sets the night up
With talks of romance and love,
The desert with all its plainness
Allows one to see
All it holds within
And all it is to be,
Like the petals of a rose
Opening in the warmth of the sun
A woman will open for a man
When she is certain he is the one,
A woman and the desert
Are like two souls bound
They open up for you
To see the treasures to be found,
In the desert at night
The wolves begin to cry
And at night in bed
Brings forth a woman's sigh,
For when all is said and done
The woman and the desert are one.
