Despair of loss

Despair of loss

The wolves hued and hovered
In the wild silence of midnight
Jostling throats depicted
Like the ferocious wail of doves,
The wings have clipped
Shedding crimson blood
Its beaks half broken
Beside the desert cemetery I stood
Staring the glowing stars
Which reflect dead eyes of owls
The grey grave of thee
Smiles, cheeks widen
I sunk cuddling the tomb
Calling you desperately !
