Devil, You Have No Power Here
We are molded in the image of our God in heaven,
And blessed with the gift of free will
Yet because of Adam's sin, we are of a sinful nature,
But God's love for us, is unconditional, still
We were given dominion over all things in the earth,
The birds of the air, and the fish of the sea
The cattle of the land, even satan and his demons,
Have to obey, because of He, who is in me
Even though, satan knows, he has no power over us,
He still tries to influence our decisions
He is swift, and cunning, and downright deceitful,
He attacks with absolute precision
But we are protected by the blood, and the Mighty name of Jesus,
Who died on Calvary, to pay the debt, for our sins
And even though the devil, continues to fight on,
He knows he's in a war he won't win
It was preordained, that satan will be defeated,
The word of God makes this point very clear
So in the precious name of Jesus, you can boldly tell satan,
Devil, you have, no power here
And blessed with the gift of free will
Yet because of Adam's sin, we are of a sinful nature,
But God's love for us, is unconditional, still
We were given dominion over all things in the earth,
The birds of the air, and the fish of the sea
