Diet Sunkist

The crisp flavor I cannot ignore
but what it does to my bones I certainly abhor.
The road ahead will not be bliss,
because I must part with my lovely Diet Sunkist.
The color, the taste, the smell, ah happiness.
Did I become a carbonation?
Waving the bubbles goodbye,
I shed tears of orange,
but I am blue.
