Different Species

Was it yours,
Or was it mine ?
Needless to say
You were the one
Who ran away.
I was goose
And you were swan
In the end
We both got none.
Gracefully broken,
I tryied again
To destroy
The wall
That kept us
In vivid end.
But you failed
To emphatize
With even slightest
Minimal disguise.
One way or another,
You were never mine
And I was always
Our.
