Digging my Grave

*****This is a re-write of "Building My Grave." I thought this was a better version of it and I had to repost it with all of the changes and what-not since I can't delete poems already uploaded on here.*****

It's the way you say it when we're alone.
It's the way you make me feel when my mom's not home.
It's the way I think to keep my heart beating.
It's the way you want me when you think you need me.
It's the look in your eyes when we're fighting.
It's the look of your smile when you see me crying.
It's the look that you give me when I make a mistake.
It's the look of resentment when you walk away.
It's the reason I've become what I am.
It's the reason my mom will never understand.
It's the reason I'm slowly fading away.
It's the reason I'm throwing my whole life away.
It's that four letter word that makes me want you.
It's that four letter word that makes me hate you.
It's that four letter word my heart tells me not to say.
It's that four letter word that is digging my grave.
