Discovery

Discovery

I read some poetry and I don’t understand,
Seems no rhyme or reason,
For what the sense of time.

It takes a long while to lay down to paper,
Many words of thought and fascination,
Could it be just thunder?

Friends dear to the lender will surely read,
Just what they find may be short in supply,
But for their friend they shall endure.

They will tell a tale of what they have learned,
All will be amazed from what was shared,
For this lesson so much reward.

From this reading I have learned so much,
I shall be forever grateful from this day out,
I hope for others this great find.

In the future I will not so quick to judge a poet,
For it’s deep inside that one must discover,
The great lesson from his mind.
