Disillusion

By Abaddon    Abaddon

I destroy everything I touch,
Everything I seem to clutch,
With these hands,
I only seem to disband,
The people that matter,
Just call me the mad hatter,
Because I must be crazy,
Life just seems hazy,
Like a dream,
Ripping away at my seams,
There is no escape,
From this horrid landscape,
That is of my own design,
One that could only be mine,
I wallow in self-hate,
Something that only I create,
While lost in my thoughts of the past,
Something that just wasn't meant to last,
The torture is vast,
From these emotions that cast,
Uncertainty in my being,
Whom I should be fleeing,
But am locked into a cell,
From which I can only fail.

I miss someone who is very important to me, someone who I pushed away.
