Docile love affair

I learnt how to love
How to follow the right chord
How to equally place words
How to fight without a sword
It's Crescendos are becoming fortissimo.

I've learnt how to ignore
Even when my fear's involved
Too much I bargained this love of ours.
Swiftly I lost hold of the tides
How harmless the current played.

If her love is like the rain
Let it get me drenched
We eclipse but we remain
My love engulfs her
To Be hers forever.

How can I make another vow
When you're still alive and pure.
Yea, I've tried but they are null.
Can I say to another "I love you more?"
When I vowed "forever will be ours"

Nay! Twill be a curse
So, I'll wait, yes, I'll make a halt.
