Don’t Cry

The tears rolling down your face
They seem as if they can't be stopped
It seems as though nothing is in their way
But what good does it do you to show those trickling streams
They only carve away at your already broken heart
And leave a long scar
You don't need to carry that scar
You don't need to lose to the pain
You don't need to cry
You don't need those tears
Save them for later when you'll really need them
But now is not the time to call them out
For now, just keep them in
Hide them, don't show them to the cold world
There's no need to show them
No need to cry baby
So don't cry
