Doth Not

Doth not spill her blood until the bell has tolled
For if her skin is cut before the bell has had it’s play
The rain will pour and life will drift, from this very day

Doth not say thy prayers before the candle's lit
For if the words are spoke, without the flame ablaze
The angles will not heed the cries among the foggy haze

Doth not kiss thy love prior to the moon rise
For if thy lips are pressed, without the moon aglow
The stars won’t form a place in heaven for when thee dies to go
