Double Faced

As I sit here beside him
I hear him continuously say he loves me.

As I sit here by myself.
I wonder if he is telling another women the same thing.

Time goes by and my feelings are getting stronger.

As time pasts the nights are getting longer.
As I sit and ponder on the good times we had.

I'm hoping and wishing that he is ready to be a dad.

He finally comes home
I don't question not a thing.

Until I notice he isn't wearing his wedding ring.
