Downfall of a Nightfall

Under the glare of the Moon we met...
Bathed in the glow of littering stars...
Fettered by the warmth of her embrace...
Enveloped by the dusk inside her gaze

Feeding her gnawing seduction...
With the ploughed seeds in my flesh...
Held inside her dying hands...
Captivated by her pollinating yearning...
Into her snatching gentle dreams I dive

Draped in nightfalls comfort
Smothered in a sea of darkness
Soon to be paralyzed by the infidel sun

Erubescent trails left behind
By the fragrance of her touch
Enrobed in nocturnal secrets

Her heart strings play a melody
Of an unheard poetic serenade
But her regime ended ever so swiftly

Slowly we kissed as our lips resigned
And with the dark she began to fade
In her hands it is my heart she takes
