Dreams

Dreams of shadowed heartache,
of dogs,their bite,and sin
shake me violently awake
as the moon shines on my skin.
But the pain still sat within me,
Onerataxia in my mind.
The dogs sat at my knee.
My worlds they
intertwined.

Dreams of selcouth places,
of vibrant colors and of tea,
wake me softly in their graces
as my heart, it fills with glee.
But the joy still sat within me,
Elysian peace within my mind.
The sky foamed like the sea.
My worlds they intertwined.
