“Driving Defensively”

Driving can be fun,
Driving can be scary,
But do not be afraid
to do what's necessary.

Put one foot on the pedal
and the other on the brake,
Drive off feeling confident
but do not cause a quake.

Always use your headlights,
Don't forget the horn.
Never tailgate cars to close
or you'll get looks of scorn!

These tips that I have read,
Should not be soon forgotten,
or you could end up dead,
or in a hospital wrapped in cotton!!
