Drunk Drivers

As the dark sky fades
So does the color of my eyes
I see nothing I see dark
I see red
I see lights
Where's my car
The snow around me
It's everywhere
Whats the car doing over there
I see an ambulance are they coming for me
I cant breathe
Is this what its like to die
To feel so numb
All because the other car had to much Rum.
I am dying while he's going home
My family will never know, I was the one not drinking
My dad lost his daughter and my brother lost a sister
My family lost a member
All because someone decided to get behind the wheel not sober
So thank you, to this person who cost my life
The thought will haunt you that you had an extra drink that night
