Dusk Through Dawn

Can I paint you a pristine picture?
Can I describe my favorite scene?
It is nature’s divine treasure;
High above the deep brown and tender green.

A lovely sight – profoundly tranquil.
A myriad sequence of vivid colour.
The journey into creation’s inner sanctum;
The primordial natural wonder.

It is a forgotten song, a haunting melody;
Playing since the dawn of time;
Paradise perceived fleetingly;
Enchanting and pure – It knows no ordinary rhyme.

In dusk, nature gives it her all,
Each striking view is a love professed.
A guiding beacon to withstand the dreaded fall,
A symbol of hope, before the darkness sets.

And through the night, she does not concede,
In her next move, in her own righteous way;
Surpasses man’s imagination, indeed,
In dawn, she sets the world ablaze.
