Dyke

I was rejected by the devil and told to return to the cold
The fire burned too hot for my delicate hands to hold
So I tried to reach an angel with her wings and veil of snow
But she told me very sweetly that she had to let me go
I reached out for a demon 'cause I had no other choice
Even with the word yes said in a cruel voice
He held me till I escaped
Out of breath and out of power
So I ran quite fast and I escaped towards a tower
I saved a dear Rapunzel but she left me for a man
And even when I woke her Sleeping Beauty never held my hand
I ran to a fairy and asked her to grant me of love
When she looked me up and down
And told me to pray to above
But I had already gone to an angel, a devil and a demon alike
And to everyone in between I guess I'm just a dyke
