Eclipse

Storm

Thunder crashes against
the wind with machine gun
rain spraying all in its
way
The sun doesn't stand a
chance
Howling sounds like air
being whirled through a
vortex
Children terrified by zig zag
lights illuminating their
bedrooms
Animals hiding underneath
shelter like soldiers crouched
in trenches
The sky painted grey with shades
of clouds floating on the frontlines
Trees bow as peasants before
kings
Nothing human of this world can
Stop its force
The strom comes and it goes without
command
Do not taunt the generals of
nature
