Empty Heart

Empty feelings, hollowed thoughts
Shallow hole a vacant spot.
Empty heart, it falls apart
Ending soon a tragic start.

Emptier still, a path it shows
Wrath and yearning surely grows.
Emptier heart, it seeks to blame
Ending soon its endless shame.

Emptiest now oh how it holds
Now its gripping can unfold.
Emptiest heart it’s scarred and cut
Ending soon, forever shut.
