Endangered Species
An illusion of mammoth tusks.
Through fog at dusk.
A tiger's stripes with fangs that bite.
Hungry hippos with a thirst that grows.
Fire flies that buzz & glow.
Instinction fossilized we know.
Through the palm trees is a jungle.
A rain forest in a storm with thunder.
Natives dwell... all is well
around the fire stories tell about their built empire.
