Endless Nights

Screaming, yelling, fists threw the wall,
Hoping something could just end this all,
Endless tears and endless nights ,
Listening to my parents fight,
Pushing, shoving, cigarette burns,
We watch as our world spins and turns,
Depressing songs always on,
Why can't you just get along,
Acting like your hearts are made of stone,
Were supposed to be a happy home,
Police show up, once again,
Finally someone to put this fighting to an end,
Papers, Lawyers, an end in sight,
Something to end these sleepless nights,
No screaming,
No yelling,
Divorce isn’t always a bad thing.
