Envelope

Envelope
Envelope me in your arms.
Watch me fall apart.
pick up the pieces and mend my broken heart.
Wash away my wounds.
Heal them into scars.
Watch me as my world turns from daylight to dark.
Envelope me in your arms,
as I fall apart, pick up the pieces
and mend my breaking heart.
Where did this all begin?
How did it all start?
You are so close but yet so far.
Worlds apart we are.
Breaking to broken,wounds to scars,
daylight to dark.
Where are the pieces to even start
to mend this wounded heart?
Envelope me in your arms,
So I don't begin to fall apart.
No pieces to mend if there are no broken parts.
No wounds to heal them into scars.
If you don't hurt me from the start.
