Evanescence

Evanescence
Death from above
it’s outta sight!
long red nails
she loves to bite

Loves the blood
and revels in pain
a vampire’ for eternity
drives her madly insane

Older than most
yet, this she knows
her eyes come alive
with a fiery red glow

Flying and shape-shifting
she does it best
feeding on human blood
as she discards the rest

Skin as cold as ice
Succulent dark lips, fangs aside
A murderous smile, with no empathy
Nothing will ever suffice
