Evil Upon the Wind

Evil upon the wind, it strikes my heart deep,
I cannot think, I cannot eat, I cannot sleep.
Savage twists, nightmare of visions in my head,
The force of demons captured in the land of dead.

The shadows lie quietly, so eerie, so cold,
The screams of death eternal, deep and bold.
I cannot hear, I wish not this evil to see,
How, though? How can they be set free?

Run, run, they fall eagerly upon their prey,
No thoughts, no feeling, no memory of yesterday.
I cannot cross, I wish not to see anymore,
And before I awaken I close death's door.
