Failed Steps

An attraction exists between oppositions.
Disappointment happens to unmet expectations.
Swathes the pain clinging so dear,
call it courage out of fear.

What's sad about suicide?
Cold body aside, face underneath they hide,
dry tears in closed eyes,
unheard pleas of their final sighs.

Dying, but death?s not the goal.
Thrown in pieces, the shattered soul,
hurting, yet the pain is numbing.
Empty, yet the vacancy is overwhelming.

Do you know what's cruel?
Everyone cares when it is too late.
Everyone cares when they're gone.
Everyone regrets—know it seeds from love but grows to hate
