Faith/less

I got my name engraved in your stomach,
Sound the trumpet when you’re left to puke it in a bucket,
The cyst’s pain persists the more you rip off bottle lids,
You still eat my spit from the last time we fought fists,
The ditch you crawled from is a place I speak of often,
No roses can blossom when you’re skin is rotten and thin,
Rotting alone with rigomortus bones,
At the grave I threw stones when it fed us to the crows,
Blow cigarette smoke when I think of you rocking the boat,
Skin close while I lie in bed fully clothed,
I know that my head is only being fed by words made of bullet lead,
Thoughts of death when I’m soaking up bread again,
Caress your wounded stomach when the new knife guns it,
A new something for when you’ve got nothing,

Don’t pray at my grave cause I don’t need to be saved,
Blame me for all those lost days when you just needed some faith,
I know you still hate it that’s why I got them engraved in paint chips,
No faith left when I got faith for the faithless,

Eat from the hand that feeds,
Don’t resist meat when you can’t revive your teeth,
Please give me word vomit because that’s what you promised,
I longed for these lies long before our involvement,
Solve this with a new ring and a new song to sing,
You got so much pinned when you can’t put down the drink,
Think about me when you’re crying in peace,
I said to God “please just give her new feet”,
Weak faith when you’re just seeking out waves,
You just pray everyday for the things you can’t change,
Blame me for this and see if that digs you from the ditch,
I Placed one long stitch along your wounded skin,
Ear wig pollution i know you got used to it,
You got sick when the cross necklace didn’t fit,
I watch you swim with fish but that wasn’t in my wish,
I promise I got love for you but not this,
I promise I got love for you but not this,

Don’t pray at my grave cause I don’t need to be saved,
Blame me for all those lost days when you just needed some faith,
I know you still hate it that’s why I got them engraved in paint chips,
No faith left when I got faith for the faithless.
