Fall

It was the perfect day
The leaves jumping
The birds singing
Outside was a beautiful world
Leaves of every color and shape scattered about
From red to purple, circle to square
a smell of fresh air blasts my face
It smells better than anything imagineable
It truly was
The perfect day

This Poems Story

My name is Devon and I am eleven years old. I've been writing poetry for a little over a year now and I love to do it! I live in Mukilteo, WA with my two brothers Torin and Gaven, my mom and dad, and my dog Crosby. I love to draw, write, and ride my bike. I hope to continue writing and publishing my poetry for a long time so everyone who loves poetry can enjoy it.
