By Clyde

If you're not superstitious, then why do you call me the devil?
Why do you entertain my madness, question my love, and fall to my level.
Remember that we are all perceived a certain way by others.
Just because I'm your regret, doesn't mean I won't be perfect for another.
You may look at me as a fallen angel, but someone else will see me as a guardian.
Trying to redeem the things he's seen because they believe in redemption.
My anger is a flaw, but you will never understand the things I survived.
Or how many times I've been hurt, by my kindness being denied.
The reality of it all is that I'm not a demon, I'm just a human being that has feelings.
Looking for something to fill the void of loneliness, and someone to believe in.
