FALLING LEAVES (from trees perspective)

Falling Leaves
(From the trees perspective)

My darling dears, I love you so.
Please tell me why you want to go.
In Spring I nourish with my sap
I spread new life where branches gap.
In Summer I support and teach
On limbs designed to bend and reach.
In Fall the weather changes you
To colors now a vivid hue.
From young new bud to old brown leaf
It's clear to me now, circle complete.
Though Winter seems so dull and long
I'll dance again to sing my song!

This Poems Story

Both this one and "FALLING LEAVES" were penned after several days of watching leaves fall in my back yard.
