Fatal Mishap

If love today, turns love no more
And leaves me washed upon the shore
In broken glass, dressed in blood
Laying injured in the mud

If love today turns to hate
And leaves me in a wounded state
In the dark,
Cloaked in blindness
Crying from the endless violence

If love today, turns pain tomorrow
And leaves me in a cloak of sorrow
By myself
All alone
He’s laughing while I softly moan
