Fatback and Biscuits

Your kiss is like a fluffy biscuit, tender as a beef brisket.
What I like about fatback is the skin off the hogs back.

I love how they rise, just like the twinkle in your eyes.
Butter in between and fatback on the side, you know I cook for you with pride.

At the end of the day you and my biscuits are good and rich, just like a good salesmen pitch.

Next time you on the road, depending on the zip code, you just may find, fatback and biscuits.
