Father-less

Red ears,a gaged voice
Warm and watery eyes
Searching for a confidant
In a room of kindred
Most unknown and detached.

A shot at one's esteem
A gush of sorrow extreme.
No shoulders to lean on
An easy victim for all:
His father is dead, for long.
