FEAR

By

Fear of flying keeps us from travelling to distant
countries with their flags unfurled.
Fear of heights keeps us from climbing high
mountains to view the vastness of the world.
Fear of darkness keeps us from exploring the
wonders of earth's deep caves.
Fear of drowning keeps us from feeling the
joy of sailing in rhythm with the waves.
Fear of death keeps us locked away from
experiencing much needed human touch.

When we live in fear we not only lose what
we hold dear.
But we lose ourselves in never ending
FEAR.
