Feeling Everlasting

Over come by a sudden chill
Body abate to severity
As I laid still
Mind escaping reality
A feeling so peaceful
No urge to resist
Eventual movements so graceful
But the voices did persist
Faint sounds of cry
Deny me this pleasure
As a bird would soar to the sky
My mind did endeavor
Shooting for the heavens
Approaching the light
Seconds from my haven
Instantly it was night
