Feeling Love

This time for sure, he won't leave me because his kiss proved it all.
He grinned, catching my wrists and gently pressing me against him.
This time I know it's a lot more than passing attraction.
He kissed me with more passion that I ever dreamed possible.
I love the way his fingers are entangled in mine.
The sound of his heart beating makes me feel so safe
That nothing bad could happen to me. All I feel is love.
I hold onto his body and I feel each move he makes.
His voice is warm and tender. All I feel is love.
When he lowered his head and kissed me
A soft, tender melding of lips that quickly escalated into heat.
I feel a passion that matched my own.
That's accompanied by the greatest sense of freedom I have ever known.
This time all I can say is I feel freedom of loving,
Of truly being loved in return.
