Fire and Ice

My cold heart needs warming dear
But I really am a wretch
And some magnificent adventure may just cure me
So take me away
Take me where I may feel your warmth on my skin
And sweep me off my feet when the sun hangs in the sky
So my icy fingers start to drip
I'll talk about you forever dear
Your love burns hot and true
I'll never give you that last hello
As imminent as it may seem
For fire and ice cannot touch
No matter
I'll melt in your arms
