For All Guys and Gals

I feel their thoughts.
Judgemental stares.
Like a million shots.
Each one like I fell down stairs.
I ache,
As they say what they think.
Ugly.
Fat.
Worthless.
Stupid.
Insignificant.
Unworthy.
Unloved.
I dwell on each word.
And they act like stickers.
It feels like they've shaped me.
Until someone replaced them.
Beautiful.
Perfect.
Worthwhile.
Intelligent.
Significant.
Worthy.
Loved.
That someone, was me.
I! Make myself.
They can say what they want,
But my opinions matter.
I am beautiful.
And no one can say otherwise.
