For Someone Else

A man with much to tell
(Stories, feelings, thoughts of his own)
With no strength left he fell
He is home yet alone.
All the time and fortune
Unable to stand higher
Though his side remains vacant
Forced to feed his fire.
When he races to relay
Any of his mind to get out
He cannot place a name
Not one without a doubt.
He is to lay alive
But in his chest marks a hole
For there is an absence inside
Where should be the most.
All he could portray
Which is worthless to himself
Must be stowed away
No one hears what he may tell.
No one feels what he may feel.
No one sees what he has seen.
He desires one to listen
One to love to hear him speak.
