For you

When you leave me, my world will collapse, and my heart will explode. My legs will fail me, and my brain will slowly fade to black.

My soul will be left desolate and abandoned. And my voice will scream your name until the day I die.

I would beg God to let me remember your pure love, and I would pray for your spirit to abide with me.

When you leave me, my inner flame will dwindle, and freeze into frost covered ashes, and the light in my eyes will flicker and dim into nothing.

But ...

I would wait and suffer a million years just to be with you again.

I would die a thousand times, the most horrible deaths, just to embrace your warm chest and strong arms. Just to feel your love rush through me like a raging river. Just to feel you stare into my crying eyes.

In essence... When you go, I will go too.
