Addicting,
Can’t help repeating.
We aren’t meant to be,
Yet your presence's a luxury.

Tried pulling away,
But you’re gravity.
Tried burning bridges,
But for you, I’ll grow wings.

And finally one day,
I’ve gotten away.
Though my heart wrenched,
I know truth can’t be change.

I thought I’ll be fine,
I’m finally doing it right!
My smiles are victorious,
But I cry at midnights.
