There will be a day
The inevitable will come
There will be a day
Living at all will have ceased to have mattered
There will be a day
That the birth of a young generation will die
Young and innocent

What would happen when
Earth becomes a living graveyard?
The weeping ocean dries up
Before it finds the shore
That longs for an embrace by the rhythmic waves?
What would happen next?
After the very last sound of laughter has been heard?
After the last smile has been captured on camera?

It wasn't yesterday
It isn't today
It won't be tomorrow
But we will be forgotten
The unknown we have feared from the start
People's death are inevitable
It's a big bad brutal world
And there is nothing
You and I can do about it
