Fragile Towers

By

Two towers stood straight and tall
New York skyline was best of all
Building so high they touch the sky
On that day, they fell with a sigh.

Lives were lost there is no doubt
Policemen and firemen with innocents abound
People came together and worked as one
Searching thru the rubble for lost loved ones.

Families still mourn as of today
The hatred of terrorism is here to stay
One man fought, to search for the culprits
Another man fought, to make them nuclear.

America must come together and become one
As they did when the fragile towers fell
Fall to your knees and clasp your hands
Uplift those prayers and become strong again
