Fragments of myself

These words pour forth in orders that are not new to me, nor new to the world, but they are born with newness today as they have new meanings.
Each word carefully choosen.
The order of them thoughtfully examined.
Every sentence that is made has been collected in my heart before it is written.
So when I write to you, I love you,
I mean, here is another piece of me.
When I say to you, I am hurting.
I mean, this piece is broken.
Will you fix it with me?
And when I am silent,
when the light has left my eyes
and all is calm within me
Just sit next to me in silence and know that I am growing my words today.
Piecing together fragments of myself to show you what I mean.
And in that moment just love me.
