Freedom That Led into My Death
Under the light of the somber darkness,
laid there my identity crushed with strife.
His body cried pain and infinite stress,
the stress of sword sharp like a knife.
I wanted him to know not to worry,
The bright flag of justice will be raised high
And we will be watching them shine with glory.
But my body was numb and soul sigh.
Those hungry dogs enjoyed their feast with dignity,
Challenging the norm they called indecency,
Because the equality for all hurt their vanity,
For them my freedom questions decency .
Change in rules does not change their old belief
Punishment ; will give my soul a relief.
