Freezing in fear

Ever felt running cold?
So cold so afraid, that you
Felt being frozen to death?
So cold so insecure, that you
Thought of dancing right there?
So cold so lonely, that you
Dared to fill your head with fake people?
So cold so helpless, that you
Surrendered yourself to broad day light?
You tried all of it; just to warm up yourself!?
But still, all you tried remained unnoticed?
Silent like a dark night.
No one would ever notice it.
They know winter chills
Not the fear chills.
They sweat when scared
Not when cortisol plays.
They feel warmth of body
Not the freezing heart.
They are colder than-
The freezing soul in you.
