Frozen

Each word made my heart drop degrees
Below seas I sank as the ice froze above me
Gasping for air with lungs containing water
No room for breathing as the pressure became harder
The skull that held my brain
Kept the thoughts locked right
They knocked around my head
Until they flew out a mouth spitting water
No one could hear
What I'd finally spoken
Then my stone cold heart had somewhat broken
As the pressure pushed me deeper into the sea
I can't breathe
What is happening to me?
I can't breathe
You're drowning me
In a frozen sea
With an icechest where my heart used to be
