Garbage In, Garbage Out

TV violence into our young one's brains
Instead of rocking horses, swings and toy trains-
What is the result of TV's onslot of mental looting?
Perhaps Taber, Aurora and Columbine shooting.
Garbage in, garbage out.
Who's the next gangsta rap video to hear and see,
Instead of young ones outside with the bikes and the trees?
What's the result of lyrics laced for fear?
Pehaps bullying, date rape, and teens not"here."
Garbage in, garbage out.
Society will reap what it sows,
Instead of hugs and kisses young ones say,"This blows."
Young minds need a change in attitude,
And the universal truth of the magic in gratitude.
Garbage in, garbage out.
