Girl With a Gun

She's put a lot of thought into this
Tried to hide and keep it under wraps
It's no big secret that she's hurting
And it's no secret nobody does anything
Well she tries to just let it roll off her back
But she can't handle it when they all laugh
They don't see how cruel and cold there words are
No one ever thought she was that broken
How did a sweet young girl get so low
How did everyone miss her cries for help
Everyone's asking all these questions like they don't know
How she wound up being the Girl with a gun
He's tried very hard to blend in
Keeping quiet and to himself seem safe
It's no big secret that he's hurting
And it's no secret he needs some relief
Well he tries to turn the other cheek
But they don't stop with there cruelty
They don't see how deep there words cut
How did everyone miss his cries for help
Everyone's asking these questions like they don't already know
How he wound up being the Boy with a gun.
