Go On
Call me whatever you want,
I've probably already heard it
Tell me I'm something I'm not,
I won't abhor you for it
Shove me down,
I know how to get back up
Beat me up,
I don't bruise easily
Tell me you hate me,
I'll say I love you
They say that's not okay,
but I don't lie
But if you leave me,
if you stop teasing,
if you stop telling,
if you stop shoving,
if you beating,
if you stop hating I'll be so alone
You hurt me,
yes
You make me cry,
yes
You make me think I'm damaged,
yes
But you've been a piece of me for so long
An artery in my heart
That if you left I'd keel over unable to function
